Haryana has completed the first phase of its Special Summary Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. Over 2 crore electors were covered, with 20,629 Booth Level Officers distributing forms. More than 1 crore forms have been digitized. However, over 33 lakh names were excluded due to reasons like relocation, death, or duplication. This exercise aims to ensure accurate voter lists for future elections.
