PM Modi Inaugurates & Lays Foundation For Pune Metro Projects Worth ₹21,800 Crore

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for Pune's metro rail projects, valued at approximately ₹21,800 crore, ahead of Diwali. The projects include the inauguration of Metro Line-3 (Pink Line), costing over ₹8,300 crore, which will connect Hinjewadi's IT hub to Shivaji Nagar. This new line, to be operated entirely by women, aims to improve connectivity and reduce road traffic.
