All beaches in the UAE's Ras Al-Khaimah emirate have been ordered closed indefinitely due to an oil spill causing marine pollution. Authorities are intensifying containment and cleanup efforts to mitigate environmental damage and protect the coastline. The Ministry of Climate Change and Environment confirmed the spill originated from a tanker and detected associated odors in other emirates, assuring they pose no health risks.
