After extensive renovations by subsequent owners who invested millions, the estate was listed for nearly $13 million in 2025. It is now on the market for approximately $6.4 million, representing a drop of over 50%. The 7,500-square-foot home features six bedrooms and six bathrooms, with luxurious upgrades like marble flooring and a large crystal chandelier.
