Aamir Khan's Sitaare Zameen Par to release

Aamir Khan is set to return to Japanese cinemas in spring 2027 with his film Sitaare Zameen Par. This marks his first starring theatrical release in Japan in nine years, following Dangal in 2018. The film, distributed by Geek Pictures, will be titled Sitaare! The Miracle Team of Stardust. It is a spiritual remake of the Spanish comedy Champions, featuring Aamir Khan as a coach for a basketball team of adults with disabilities. The movie earned over ₹267 crore worldwide.
