Semiconductor engineering services firm Tessolve, a Hero Electronix venture, has successfully raised $75 million (approximately Rs 725 crore) from US-based Vector Line Capital. This strategic investment will fuel Tessolve's expansion plans, including acquisitions to enhance its capabilities and global reach. Vector Line Capital, which exclusively invests in the semiconductor sector, joins existing investors TPG and Novo Tellus. Tessolve aims to leverage this funding to strengthen its service offerings and global footprint, with advanced discussions underway for multiple acquisitions.
