Judoka Tulika Maan Withdraws From CWG Over Rules

Judoka Tulika Maan has been withdrawn from the Commonwealth Games due to whereabouts failures, confirmed the Judo Federation of India chief. This follows Arun Kumar's disqualification after a failed dope test. Athletes are required to disclose their locations for random anti-doping agency testing. Similar whereabouts rule violations were previously faced by Hima Das and Parveen Hooda.

जूडो फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया के चीफ ने कन्फर्म किया है कि जूडोका तूलिका मान को 'वेयरअबाउट्स' नियमों के उल्लंघन के कारण कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स से हटा दिया गया है। इससे पहले अरुण कुमार भी डोपिंग टेस्ट में फेल होने के बाद डिसक्वालिफाई हो गए थे। खिलाड़ियों को एंटी-डोपिंग एजेंसी की रैंडम टेस्टिंग के लिए अपनी लोकेशन बतानी होती है। इससे पहले हिमा दास और प्रवीण हुड्डा भी इसी नियम के उल्लंघन का सामना कर चुकी हैं।
