Federal immigration officers shot a Dominican man in New York during an attempted arrest because he drove his car into their vehicles, an ICE official stated. The driver, identified as Oscar Belgal, was superficially shot in the neck and treated before being taken into federal custody. His 5-year-old son was in the car but unharmed.
