Manipur Police have arrested 13 individuals, including a minor, for allegedly circulating and selling non-consensual intimate videos and photographs of women online. The operation, codenamed 'Operation Dignity', uncovered an organised, profit-driven network operating through Telegram channels and WhatsApp groups on a subscription model, charging between Rs 150 to Rs 500. Some channels were also found distributing child sexual abuse material. Police seized multiple mobile phones and a laptop, and have neutralised 38 identified channels as investigations into the wider network and financial trails continue.

मणिपुर पुलिस ने 13 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है, जिनमें एक नाबालिग भी शामिल है। इन पर महिलाओं के आपत्तिजनक वीडियो और तस्वीरें ऑनलाइन प्रसारित करने और बेचने का आरोप है। 'ऑपरेशन डिग्निटी' नाम के इस ऑपरेशन में एक संगठित, मुनाफे के लिए काम करने वाले नेटवर्क का खुलासा हुआ है। यह नेटवर्क टेलीग्राम चैनलों और व्हाट्सएप ग्रुपों के जरिए सब्सक्रिप्शन मॉडल पर चल रहा था, जिसमें 150 रुपये से 500 रुपये तक वसूले जाते थे। कुछ चैनलों पर बच्चों के यौन शोषण से जुड़े वीडियो भी मिलें। पुलिस ने कई मोबाइल फोन और एक लैपटॉप जब्त किए हैं।
