Sleeper Bus Overturns in Alappuzha, Killing One and Injuring 13

A 25-year-old man was killed and 13 others were injured when a private sleeper bus overturned on the national highway in Alappuzha early Thursday. The bus, travelling from Mangaluru to Thiruvananthapuram, veered off the highway and toppled onto the service road. Preliminary findings suggest the driver may have dozed off and lost control. Locals and police conducted the rescue, admitting the injured to hospitals. The deceased was identified as Adhil Sajeev, returning from a trip.

गुरुवार तड़के अलाप्पुझा में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर एक प्राइवेट स्लीपर बस के पलट जाने से 25 वर्षीय व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई और 13 अन्य घायल हो गए। मंगलुरु से तिरुवनंतपुरम जा रही बस राजमार्ग से उतरकर सर्विस रोड पर पलट गई। शुरुआती जांच में पता चला है कि ड्राइवर को झपकी आ गई थी और उसने नियंत्रण खो दिया था। स्थानीय लोगों और पुलिस ने बचाव कार्य किया और घायलों को अस्पतालों में भर्ती कराया। मृतक की पहचान आदिल सजीव के रूप में हुई है, जो एक यात्रा से लौट रहे थे।
