Tamil Nadu is implementing paperless registration for certain family arrangement deeds starting November 2, as part of the STAR 3.0 system. This initiative aims to enhance citizen convenience and transparency by reducing manual document handling. Documents like settlement, release, and partition deeds will be registered digitally, with parties appearing before the Sub-Registrar for identification and authentication. Once formalities are complete, the registered document will be digitally sent to the citizen's login and stored in the STAR system.
