सुप्रीम कोर्ट में राहुल गांधी और INDIA गठबंधन की याचिका में बड़ी अड़चनें आ गई हैं। रजिस्ट्री ने 14 खामियां पाई हैं। इनमें कोर्ट फीस में ₹220 की कमी और नौ याचिकाकर्ताओं के लिए वकालतनामे (पावर ऑफ अटॉर्नी) का न होना शामिल है। फॉर्मेटिंग और कानूनी नियमों की गड़बड़ियां भी पाई गई हैं। सुनवाई के लिए केस सूचीबद्ध होने से पहले इन तकनीकी आपत्तियों को दूर करना होगा।
