Congress Slams Modi Govt Over PM-DAKSH Scheme Lapses

The Congress party has attacked the Modi government, stating it has no moral right to remain in power due to alleged "serious lapses" in the PM-DAKSH skill training scheme. Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh highlighted that the scheme, designed for Scheduled Castes, OBCs, and other marginalised groups, has seen its budget largely unutilised for two years. Ramesh criticised the scheme, bearing the Prime Minister's name, for delivering "zero" results on the ground, alleging the government's focus is on advertisements and headline management rather than actual delivery.

कांग्रेस पार्टी ने मोदी सरकार पर हमला बोला है, यह कहते हुए कि पीएम-DAKSH कौशल प्रशिक्षण योजना में कथित "गंभीर खामियों" के कारण उसके पास सत्ता में बने रहने का कोई नैतिक अधिकार नहीं है। कांग्रेस महासचिव जयराम रमेश ने बताया कि अनुसूचित जातियों, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग और अन्य हाशिए के समूहों के लिए बनाई गई इस योजना का बजट दो साल से काफी हद तक अप्रयुक्त रहा है। रमेश ने प्रधानमंत्री के नाम वाली इस योजना की आलोचना की, कहा कि जमीनी हकीकत में "शून्य" परिणाम मिले हैं, और आरोप लगाया कि सरकार का ध्यान वास्तविक वितरण के बजाय विज्ञापनों और हेडलाइन प्रबंधन पर है।
