Life sciences technology firm Agilisium is shifting its hiring strategy, aiming to reduce computer science graduates to under 30% of new recruits. The company plans to hire more professionals from biotechnology, microbiology, pharmacy, and medicine, believing domain experts can be trained in AI more effectively than programmers can learn life sciences. Agilisium aims for $100 million in revenue next year and $500 million within five to seven years, with India projected to become its second-largest market.
