Bharadwaj claims these attacks are not routine crowd control measures but a "coordinated criminal conspiracy" to cause him grievous harm or death. He demanded an FIR for criminal conspiracy and an independent investigation into the pattern of assaults. The incidents occurred during protests where AAP leaders were detained while marching towards Jantar Mantar.
