Jammu-Srinagar Vande Bharat Journey Time To Be Reduced By 20 Minutes

The journey time for the Jammu-Srinagar Vande Bharat Express is expected to decrease by up to 20 minutes. This reduction will be implemented by Northern Railway following an increase in the maximum permissible speed to 100 kmph on the Katra-Banihal section of the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link. The speed enhancement, introduced in October, allows trains to operate faster on a stretch previously restricted to 75-85 kmph. While the speed limit has been raised, revised timings will be planned during the next timetable revision.

जम्मू-श्रीनगर वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस का यात्रा समय 20 मिनट तक कम होने की उम्मीद है। नॉर्दर्न रेलवे कटरा-बनिहाल सेक्शन पर उधमपुर-श्रीनगर-बारामूला रेल लिंक पर अधिकतम स्वीकार्य गति को 100 किमी प्रति घंटा तक बढ़ाने के बाद इसे लागू करेगा। अक्टूबर में शुरू की गई गति वृद्धि, ट्रेनों को पहले 75-85 किमी प्रति घंटा तक सीमित एक हिस्से पर तेजी से चलने की अनुमति देती है। गति सीमा बढ़ा दी गई है, लेकिन अगली समय सारिणी संशोधन के दौरान संशोधित समय की योजना बनाई जाएगी।
