The owner of the car involved in a Gurgaon hit-and-run incident claims a friend borrowed his vehicle two days prior. Manish, who stated he works in the Army, said his friend Kalyan Singh took the car for an unspecified errand. He only learned about the accident on Monday morning after a woman biker posted a video alleging the car followed and hit her motorcycle before fleeing.
