Bengaluru Doctors Rescued From Uttarkashi Snow

Five doctors from Bengaluru were rescued from Kalindi Base Camp in Uttarkashi after being stranded for three days by heavy snowfall. The group, on a Gangotri-Kalindi Pass expedition, faced 5-6 feet of snow accumulation around their tents. They used a satellite device to alert authorities and had sufficient food and water. Another expedition team at Auden's Col was also evacuated after facing similar conditions and accumulating 6-7 feet of snow.

बेंगलुरु के पाँच डॉक्टर उत्तरकाशी के कालिंदी बेस कैम्प से तीन दिन भारी बर्फबारी में फंसे रहने के बाद बचाए गए। गंगोत्री-कालिंदी पास अभियान पर गए इस दल के तंबुओं के आसपास 5-6 फीट बर्फ जमा हो गई थी। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को सूचित करने के लिए सैटेलाइट डिवाइस का इस्तेमाल किया और उनके पास पर्याप्त भोजन और पानी था। ऑडेंस कोल में एक अन्य अभियान दल को भी ऐसी ही परिस्थितियों का सामना करने और 6-7 फीट बर्फ जमा होने के बाद निकाला गया।
