Tamil Nadu Automates Liquor Bottle Buyback System

Tamil Nadu's Tasmac is introducing an automated system for collecting empty liquor bottles, replacing the current manual process. Consumers will receive a Rs 10 incentive per container via instant digital payments for returning bottles at designated points. This initiative aims to enhance environmental compliance and streamline the buyback process across all Tasmac outlets and licensed premises in the state. The rollout will occur in six phases over six months.

तमिलनाडु की Tasmac अब खाली शराब की बोतलें वापस लेने के लिए ऑटोमेटेड सिस्टम ला रही है। अभी तक यह काम हाथ से होता था। अब बोतलें वापस करने पर ग्राहकों को हर बोतल के ₹10 तुरंत डिजिटल पेमेंट से मिलेंगे। इस कदम से पर्यावरण का ध्यान रखा जाएगा और बोतलें वापस लेने का सिस्टम भी आसान होगा। यह पूरे राज्य में Tasmac की दुकानों और लाइसेंस वाली जगहों पर लागू होगा। इसे छह महीने में छह चरणों में शुरू किया जाएगा।
