Anant Singh to Surrender by Dec 1 in Murder Case, Alleges JD(U) Conspiracy

Mokama MLA Anant Singh has stated he will surrender by December 1 as per the Supreme Court's directive in the Dularchand Yadav murder case. He alleges that JD(U) MLC Neeraj Kumar conspired to implicate him and sought cancellation of his bail. The Supreme Court has also ordered the Bihar police to complete the investigation within four months. Singh expressed faith in the judiciary for future bail. Neeraj Kumar denied involvement, stating he was unaware of the petition.

मोकामा के विधायक अनंत सिंह ने कहा है कि वह सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुसार, दुलारचंद यादव हत्या मामले में 1 दिसंबर तक सरेंडर कर देंगे। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया है कि जद(यू) एमएलसी नीरज कुमार ने उन्हें फंसाने की साजिश रची और उनकी जमानत रद्द करने की मांग की। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बिहार पुलिस को चार महीने के भीतर जांच पूरी करने का भी आदेश दिया है। सिंह ने भविष्य में जमानत के लिए न्यायपालिका में विश्वास जताया। नीरज कुमार ने आरोपों से इनकार करते हुए कहा कि उन्हें याचिका के बारे में कोई जानकारी नहीं थी।
