शनिवार, 10 अक्टूबर को जंतर मंतर पर कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के विरोध प्रदर्शन से पहले, दिल्ली में अभूतपूर्व सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की गई है, जिसमें 25,000 कर्मी तैनात हैं। दिल्ली पुलिस ने प्रदर्शन की अनुमति नहीं दी है। नोएडा और गुरुग्राम से दिल्ली आने-जाने वालों को भारी परेशानी हो रही है, सरिता विहार-कालिंदी कुंज और सरहौल बॉर्डर जैसे प्रमुख मार्गों पर भारी जाम और लंबी देरी देखी जा रही है। 45 मेट्रो स्टेशनों पर प्रवेश/निकास पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है, और सीमाओं व परिवहन हब पर निगरानी बढ़ा दी गई है। यात्रियों को आधिकारिक घोषणाओं की जांच करने और अपनी यात्रा की योजना उसी के अनुसार बनाने की सलाह दी जाती है।
