Belagavi-based KLS Gogte Institute of Technology (KLS GIT) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Purosil Performance Hose LLP to advance research in sustainable polymer materials. This collaboration focuses on 'Biocongruent Chemistry,' aiming to develop polymers that perform well and interact positively with natural processes at the end of their life. The initiative involves international partners from the U.S. and Canada. A future goal is to establish a Centre for Sustainable Materials at KLS GIT to foster research, development, and commercialization in this field.
