CISF is preparing to integrate its various digital systems to streamline administrative tasks for its personnel. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed with Digital India Corporation, to upgrade IT systems and make processes paperless and transparent. This initiative aims to allow jawans to apply for leave, submit grievances, and manage duty changes through a unified, mobile-friendly platform. Previously, separate apps and portals handled these functions, leading to data duplication and reporting challenges for officers.
