Goldman Sachs Sells Eternal Shares Via A ₹169 Cr Block Deal

Goldman Sachs has divested 53.4 lakh shares of foodtech firm Eternal through a block deal valued at ₹168.7 crore. The shares were sold at ₹316 each, representing a discount of over 2.6% from the previous closing price. Bank of America acquired these shares for the same amount. This marks Eternal's second significant block deal in two months, following a ₹3,264.8 crore sale by BNP Paribas and Millennium Management in September. Despite intensifying competition, Eternal's stock has risen 10% in three months, driven by its quick commerce arm, Blinkit.

गोल्डमैन सैक्स ने फूडटेक कंपनी Eternal के 53.4 लाख शेयर ₹168.7 करोड़ की ब्लॉक डील में बेच दिए हैं। ये शेयर ₹316 प्रति शेयर के भाव से बेचे गए, जो पिछले क्लोजिंग प्राइस से 2.6% से ज़्यादा की छूट पर थे। बैंक ऑफ अमेरिका ने इतने ही मूल्य पर ये शेयर खरीदे। यह दो महीनों में Eternal का दूसरा बड़ा ब्लॉक डील है, इससे पहले सितंबर में BNP Paribas और Millennium Management ने ₹3,264.8 करोड़ के शेयर बेचे थे। बढ़ती प्रतिस्पर्धा के बावजूद, Eternal के शेयर पिछले तीन महीनों में 10% बढ़े हैं, जिसका मुख्य कारण इसका क्विक कॉमर्स आर्म, Blinkit है।
