A 13-year-old boy, Mohammed Arfath, was found murdered near Vibhuthipura Lake in Bengaluru, with police suspecting a month-old dispute over blocking a motorcycle and passing comments on a girl as the motive. His father filed a complaint after Arfath went missing. Police have arrested two juveniles, aged 16 and 17, in connection with the crime. The dispute reportedly stemmed from an argument a month prior involving Arfath, his brother, and one of the accused juveniles.
