Tiwari alleged that these foreign individuals are challenging India's sovereignty. He further claimed that the opposition is frustrated because illegal votes of Pakistani and Bangladeshi infiltrators are being removed from voter lists, causing them significant problems. Tiwari also criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his alleged actions during a protest.
