Delhi HC Allows Evicted Central Secretariat Club Officials To Collect Belongings

The Delhi High Court has permitted the evicted management of the Central Secretariat Club to retrieve their belongings from the premises. Justice Amit Mahajan directed central government authorities to facilitate the collection by two club office bearers within two weeks. The club, formerly known as Talkatora Club, had filed a petition against the revocation of its recognition and a subsequent eviction order. The court's order allows the club to collect items after providing a list to the authorities, ensuring access to essential documents and property.

दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने सेंट्रल सेक्रेटेरिएट क्लब के हटाए गए प्रबंधन को परिसर से अपना सामान वापस ले जाने की अनुमति दे दी है। जस्टिस अमित महाजन ने केंद्र सरकार के अधिकारियों को दो हफ़्तों के अंदर दो क्लब पदाधिकारियों को सामान ले जाने में मदद करने का निर्देश दिया। पहले टॉकटोरा क्लब के नाम से जाने जाने वाले इस क्लब ने अपनी मान्यता रद्द करने और बाद में बेदखली के आदेश के खिलाफ याचिका दायर की थी। अदालत के आदेश से क्लब को अधिकारियों को सूची सौंपने के बाद सामान ले जाने की अनुमति मिल गई है, जिससे ज़रूरी दस्तावेज़ों और संपत्ति तक पहुँच सुनिश्चित हो सकेगी।
