Mumbai Deploys 24,000 Cops For Ganesh Immersion

Mumbai police are deploying over 24,000 personnel to ensure peaceful Ganesh idol immersions on Anant Chaturdashi. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has also mobilized more than 25,000 civic staff for the occasion. Elaborate arrangements include 67 natural and 383 artificial immersion sites, along with traffic restrictions and security measures across key areas. Specialised units and emergency services are on standby to manage crowds and ensure public safety during the festival's conclusion. The police have urged citizens to cooperate and report any suspicious activity.

मुंबई पुलिस अनंत चतुर्दशी पर गणेश विसर्जन शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से कराने के लिए 24,000 से ज़्यादा जवान तैनात कर रही है। बीएमसी ने भी 25,000 से ज़्यादा कर्मचारियों को लगाया है। 67 प्राकृतिक और 383 कृत्रिम विसर्जन स्थलों के साथ, खास इलाकों में ट्रैफिक और सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतज़ाम किए गए हैं। भीड़ संभालने और सुरक्षा के लिए विशेष टीमें और आपातकालीन सेवाएं तैयार हैं। पुलिस ने लोगों से सहयोग की अपील की है।
