Hyderabad Man Caught Transporting Defence Liquor Worth ₹25,000

A 33-year-old man, Immadi Naveen, was apprehended in Hyderabad for allegedly transporting liquor valued at ₹25,000, intended for defence personnel. Excise officials seized nine bottles of Black Dog and 100 Pipers, totaling 6.75 litres, during vehicle checks. Naveen reportedly purchased the non-duty liquor from a defence employee to resell it locally. Authorities are now investigating to identify the defence personnel involved in the supply chain. Legal action will be taken against those procuring or reselling such liquor.
