WhatsApp Business Messages To Turn Paid From October

WhatsApp Business messages will become paid starting October 1, as Meta ends its free service message policy. Businesses will now face per-message charges for using the WhatsApp Business Platform in India and other markets. These rates will align with existing charges for utility and authentication messages. Businesses without a payment method on file by September 30 will cease to have their service messages delivered. This change affects both non-template service messages and utility messages sent within the 24-hour customer service window.

मैसेज 1 अक्टूबर से पेड हो जाएंगे, क्योंकि Meta अपनी फ्री सर्विस मैसेज पॉलिसी खत्म कर रहा है। अब बिज़नेस को WhatsApp Business Platform इस्तेमाल करने के लिए भारत और दूसरे बाज़ारों में प्रति मैसेज चार्ज देना होगा। ये रेट्स यूटिलिटी और ऑथेंटिकेशन मैसेज के मौजूदा चार्ज के बराबर होंगे। 30 सितंबर तक पेमेंट मेथड फाइल न होने वाले बिज़नेस के सर्विस मैसेज डिलीवर नहीं होंगे। यह बदलाव 24 घंटे की कस्टमर सर्विस विंडो के अंदर भेजे जाने वाले नॉन-टेम्पलेट सर्विस मैसेज और यूटिलिटी मैसेज, दोनों को प्रभावित करेगा।
