उत्तर प्रदेश रियल एस्टेट रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी (UP RERA) ने आठ जिलों में कुल ₹4,844.43 करोड़ के निवेश वाली 17 रियल एस्टेट परियोजनाओं को मंजूरी दी है। इन परियोजनाओं से 5,726 नई आवासीय और वाणिज्यिक इकाइयां आएंगी, जिसमें लखनऊ निवेश और इकाइयों की संख्या दोनों में सबसे आगे है। इन मंजूरियों से निर्माण गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा मिलने, रोजगार सृजित होने और संबंधित उद्योगों को लाभ होने की उम्मीद है। UP RERA ने अपनी हालिया बैठकों में घर खरीदारों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए पारदर्शिता और समय पर पूरा होने पर जोर दिया।
