Report Warns Against Privatising ESIC

A recent report has cautioned against any attempts to privatise the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). Director General Ashok Kumar Singh stated that the implementation of the Code on Social Security is expected to significantly increase the number of workers who can avail ESIC benefits.
