A second-year B.Tech Computer Science student from Meerut has developed an AI-based prototype called 'Speaking Road' to address the persistent problem of potholes. This innovative model uses AI computer vision and location technology to accurately identify and report potholes to relevant authorities. The system assigns a severity score from zero to 100, allowing departments to prioritize repairs. Citizens can also track the status of their reported issues, ensuring accountability and potentially reducing accidents caused by road damage.

मेरठ के एक दूसरे वर्ष के बी.टेक कंप्यूटर साइंस के छात्र ने गड्ढों की लगातार समस्या के समाधान के लिए 'स्पीकिंग रोड' नामक एक AI-आधारित प्रोटोटाइप विकसित किया है। यह अभिनव मॉडल AI कंप्यूटर विजन और लोकेशन टेक्नोलॉजी का उपयोग करके गड्ढों की सटीक पहचान करता है और संबंधित अधिकारियों को रिपोर्ट करता है। सिस्टम शून्य से 100 तक एक गंभीरता स्कोर असाइन करता है, जिससे विभागों को मरम्मत को प्राथमिकता देने की अनुमति मिलती है। नागरिक अपनी रिपोर्ट की गई समस्याओं की स्थिति को भी ट्रैक कर सकते हैं, जिससे जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित होती है और सड़क की क्षति के कारण होने वाली दुर्घटनाओं में संभावित रूप से कमी आती है।
