Former BJP MLA Atar Singh Bhadana Murdered; Congress Alleges Security Neglect

Former BJP MLA Atar Singh Bhadana was openly murdered in Rajasthan's Bharatpur district over a mining and crusher dispute. Congress leader Prahlad Gunjal alleged that Bhadana had repeatedly sought security from the government, chief secretary, and DGP, but his pleas were ignored. Gunjal accused the government of providing political protection to the killers and demanded the resignation of the Chief Minister and Home Minister.
