As the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections approach, caste-based social organisations are planning large gatherings to unite their communities and highlight grievances. The Parsuram Yuva Jagriti Manch, a Brahmin-centric group, will hold a conference in Shamli district in late October to address community welfare and representation. Another Brahmin-Tyagi-Bhumihar Mahakumbh occurred in Saharanpur on October 11, focusing on social issues and political awareness. The Sarv Kushwaha Chetna Sangh is also planning a conference for the Kushwaha community on October 28 to advocate for economic and social upliftment, and better representation.
