Allahabad HC Judge Questions Full Court Meetings, Calls Them 'Stage-Managed'

Allahabad High Court Justice Vinod Diwakar has raised concerns about the administrative functioning of the court, questioning the effectiveness of full court meetings. In a recent judgment, he described the last two meetings as 'stage-managed' and noted that proceedings do not record individual judges' concurrence or dissent. Justice Diwakar also highlighted that full court meetings are held infrequently and often do not discuss matters of general policy or judicial administration.
