Supreme Court Tells Kapil Sibal His Confidence Is Vital For Fight Against Injustice

The Supreme Court has responded to Kapil Sibal's "no faith" remark, stating that his confidence is vital for the court's fight against injustice and its purpose to instill public faith in the system. The court also directed authorities to prevent illegal detentions during peaceful gatherings and ensure normal metro and internet services, subject to law and order. Sibal welcomed the order, saying it restores faith in the justice system.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कपिल सिब्बल की "कोई भरोसा नहीं" वाली टिप्पणी पर जवाब दिया है, कहा है कि अन्याय के खिलाफ अदालत की लड़ाई और व्यवस्था में जनता का विश्वास जगाने के उसके उद्देश्य के लिए उनका विश्वास महत्वपूर्ण है। अदालत ने अधिकारियों को शांतिपूर्ण सभाओं के दौरान अवैध हिरासत को रोकने और कानून-व्यवस्था के अधीन सामान्य मेट्रो और इंटरनेट सेवाओं को सुनिश्चित करने का भी निर्देश दिया। सिब्बल ने इस आदेश का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि इससे न्याय प्रणाली में विश्वास बहाल हुआ है।
