Honda Car Sales Decline in September, But Q3 Domestic Growth Continues

Honda Cars India reported total sales of 6,955 units in September 2026, a 14.09% decline from the previous year. Domestic sales fell 15.80% to 4,465 units, while exports decreased by 10.85% to 2,490 units. However, the July-September quarter showed a more positive trend, with domestic sales growing 20.15% year-on-year to 15,864 units. Overall quarterly sales saw a marginal 1.58% increase to 22,747 units. The company is preparing to launch the updated Elevate SUV on October 6 and an electric SUV later this year.
