Israel's general election has resulted in a political deadlock with no party securing the required 61 seats for a majority in the 120-seat Knesset. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud emerged as the largest party with 27 seats, while Gadi Eisenkot's Yashar secured 21. The pro-Netanyahu bloc won 53 seats, and the opposition bloc secured 48. Arab parties achieved a historic showing with 19 seats.
