Greenbase to invest ₹2k cr in TN

Greenbase, backed by the Hiranandani group, plans to develop a five million sqft industrial and logistics park on Chennai's outskirts with a ₹2,000 crore investment. The venture has acquired land for a 215-acre parcel near Oragadam and Gummudipoondi, aiming for completion in two years. This project is part of Greenbase's larger plan to develop nine to ten million sqft of Grade A industrial infrastructure nationwide, with a significant portion allocated to Tamil Nadu.

हिरानंदानी ग्रुप की कंपनी Greenbase चेन्नई के बाहर 2,000 करोड़ रुपये लगाकर 50 लाख वर्ग फुट का इंडस्ट्रियल और लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्क बनाएगी। कंपनी ने Oragadam और Gummudipoondi के पास 215 एकड़ जमीन खरीद ली है। यह प्रोजेक्ट दो साल में पूरा होने की उम्मीद है। Greenbase पूरे देश में 90 से 100 लाख वर्ग फुट का इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर बनाने की योजना बना रही है, जिसमें तमिलनाडु का बड़ा हिस्सा होगा।
