Gurgaon Residents Oppose Developer's Plan to Alter Society Boundary Wall

Residents of Brisk Lumbini in Gurgaon's Sector 109 have urged the district town planner to halt their developer, Brisk Infrastructure & Developers Pvt Ltd, from demolishing and realigning the society's boundary wall. The residents claim the plan, intended to create a separate entrance for shops, lacks approval from the town and country planning department (DTCP). They argue that such changes would negatively impact common areas and services, and effectively create a commercial enclave within a residential society.

गुरुग्राम के सेक्टर 109 में ब्रिस्क लुम्बिनी के निवासियों ने जिला नगर योजनाकार से आग्रह किया है कि वे उनके डेवलपर, ब्रिस्क इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर एंड डेवलपर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, को सोसाइटी की बाउंड्री वॉल को गिराने और उसका पुन: संरेखण करने से रोकें। निवासियों का दावा है कि दुकानों के लिए एक अलग प्रवेश द्वार बनाने के इरादे से बनाई गई इस योजना को टाउन एंड कंट्री प्लानिंग डिपार्टमेंट (DTCP) से मंजूरी नहीं मिली है। उनका तर्क है कि ऐसे बदलावों से सामान्य क्षेत्रों और सेवाओं पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ेगा, और प्रभावी रूप से एक आवासीय सोसाइटी के भीतर एक वाणिज्यिक एन्क्लेव बन जाएगा।
