MP Police Uncover Hooch Racket With Delhi Link

Following the deaths of at least 20 people in a hooch tragedy in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, police have uncovered a statewide counterfeit liquor manufacturing cartel with links to Delhi. Officials reported that 14 people were arrested, including the owner of a Delhi-based chemical company accused of supplying industrial spirit. The police have added 22 more individuals as accused, bringing the total to 52, with 37 arrested so far across Sagar, Morena, and Gwalior.

मध्य प्रदेश के सागर में ज़हरीली शराब से 20 से ज़्यादा लोगों की मौत के बाद पुलिस ने दिल्ली से जुड़े एक बड़े नकली शराब बनाने वाले गिरोह का पर्दाफाश किया है। 14 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है, जिनमें दिल्ली की एक केमिकल कंपनी का मालिक भी है, जिस पर औद्योगिक स्पिरिट सप्लाई करने का आरोप है। अब तक कुल 52 लोगों पर केस दर्ज हुआ है और सागर, मुरैना व ग्वालियर से 37 गिरफ्तारियाँ हुई हैं।
