Harish Rao Demands Judicial Probe Into 22-A Issue

T. Harish Rao, BRS Legislature Party Deputy Floor Leader, has demanded a judicial probe by a sitting Supreme Court judge into the Section 22-A prohibited properties issue. He highlighted that the extent of land on the prohibited list increased from 3.71 lakh acres to nearly 30 lakh acres. Rao also called for a White Paper on the issue and alleged over 9,200 land registrations under Bhu Bharati occurred without owners' knowledge.

टी. हरीश राव, बीआरएस विधायक दल के उपनेता, ने सेक्शन 22-ए की प्रतिबंधित संपत्तियों के मामले की जांच के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक मौजूदा जज से न्यायिक जांच की मांग की है। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रतिबंधित सूची में जमीन का रकबा 3.71 लाख एकड़ से बढ़कर लगभग 30 लाख एकड़ हो गया है। राव ने इस मुद्दे पर एक श्वेत पत्र जारी करने की भी मांग की और आरोप लगाया कि भू भारती के तहत 9,200 से अधिक जमीन की रजिस्ट्री मालिकों की जानकारी के बिना हुई।
