Elderly Man Cuts Worker's Rope For Laundry Line

An elderly man in China's Foshan city cut a construction worker's safety rope to use as a clothesline. The worker, Liu, was descending from the 30th floor when he discovered over 10 meters of his 120-meter rope had been severed. Fortunately, no one was using the rope at the time of the incident. The 70-year-old man claimed he did not know it was a safety rope. The worker sought compensation instead of filing a police complaint.
