MP Warns Police Against Intimidating BJP Workers During Voter List Purification

Dakshina Kannada MP Capt Brijesh Chowta has warned the police against intimidating or harassing BJP workers involved in the electoral roll purification process. He stated that BJP workers serving as booth-level agents should be allowed to perform their duties without interference. Chowta challenged Congress and Rahul Gandhi to provide evidence for their claims of illegal voter deletions. He accused Congress of creating confusion and social unrest by questioning constitutional institutions. The MP also mentioned the potential removal of the Brahmarakootlu toll gate.

दक्षिण कन्नड़ के सांसद कैप्टन बृजेश चौटा ने पुलिस को चुनावी सूची शुद्धिकरण प्रक्रिया में शामिल भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं को धमकाने या परेशान करने के खिलाफ चेतावनी दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि बूथ-स्तर के एजेंट के तौर पर काम कर रहे भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं को बिना किसी रुकावट के अपना काम करने दिया जाना चाहिए। चौटा ने कांग्रेस और राहुल गांधी को चुनौती दी कि वे अवैध मतदाता हटाने के अपने दावों के सबूत पेश करें। उन्होंने कांग्रेस पर संवैधानिक संस्थाओं पर सवाल उठाकर भ्रम और सामाजिक अशांति फैलाने का आरोप लगाया। सांसद ने ब्रह्मराकुटलु टोल गेट को हटाने की संभावना का भी जिक्र किया।
