DHBVN Orders Tougher Power Bill Recovery, Officials to Monitor Defaulters Personally

The Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) has ordered stricter measures for recovering long-pending electricity dues. Officials are now directed to personally monitor defaulting accounts and ensure recovery proceedings are completed within set timelines. This directive follows a high-level review of outstanding dues from both government and private consumers. DHBVN managing director Vikram Singh emphasized that recovery efforts must lead to actual collection, not just paperwork. The utility aims to improve revenue management across Gurgaon and other southern Haryana districts.

दक्षिण हरियाणा Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) ने लंबे समय से अटके बिजली बिलों की वसूली के लिए और सख़्त कदम उठाने का आदेश दिया है। अब अधिकारियों को खुद डिफॉल्टर खातों पर नज़र रखने और तय समय में वसूली की कार्रवाई पूरी करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। यह निर्देश सरकारी और निजी दोनों तरह के उपभोक्ताओं के बकाए की उच्च-स्तरीय समीक्षा के बाद आया है। DHBVN के प्रबंध निदेशक Vikram Singh ने ज़ोर देकर कहा कि वसूली की कोशिशों से असल में पैसे जमा होने चाहिए, न कि सिर्फ कागज़ी कार्रवाई हो। इस कंपनी का लक्ष्य Gurgaon और दक्षिण हरियाणा के अन्य ज़िलों में राजस्व प्रबंधन को बेहतर बनाना है।
