Wrestlers' Appeal Against Brij Bhushan Acquittal Heard

ब्रजभूषण की रिहाई के खिलाफ पहलवानों की याचिका पर सुनवाई

चार महिला पहलवानों ने यौन उत्पीड़न के मामले में पूर्व WFI प्रमुख बृजभूषण शरण सिंह को बरी करने के दिल्ली कोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ अपील की है। यह अपील आपराधिक धमकी के आरोप में पूर्व WFI सहायक सचिव विनोद तोमर की रिहाई को भी चुनौती देती है। पहलवानों का कहना है कि यह बरी होना गलत सबूतों और रूढ़िवादी धारणाओं पर आधारित था। यह मामला सिंह के WFI प्रमुख रहते हुए लगाए गए आरोपों से उपजा था, जिससे विरोध प्रदर्शन और पुलिस जांच हुई थी। अब सेशन कोर्ट इस अपील पर सुनवाई करेगा।
