Gujarat Hotel Project Stalls Over Missing Utility Corridor In Sanand GIDC
Times of India · business
A proposed Rs 150-200 crore five-star hotel project in Gujarat's Sanand GIDC has been halted. The Delhi-based developer alleges the physical plot does not match the configuration shown in GIDC auction documents and the master plan. The company has paid approximately Rs 25 crore for the 20,000 sq m plot. A crucial 22-metre-wide utility corridor, depicted in official layouts, is reportedly missing at the site. The developer has sought intervention from GIDC and the Chief Minister to rectify the discrepancy before taking possession.
