Ram Charan's Game Changer Story Was Meant To Be Like Newton, Says Karthik Subbaraj

Karthik Subbaraj, the story writer for Ram Charan's film Game Changer, revealed that his original concept was inspired by the Rajkummar Rao-starrer Newton. He described his story as being about an IAS officer trying to change the system, with a reality-based setup and an action element, similar in tone to Newton but with added gangster themes. Subbaraj explained that the involvement of a big star like Ram Charan and a large budget significantly altered the story's dynamics from his initial vision.

राम चरण की फिल्म 'गेम चेंजर' के कहानीकार कार्तिक सुब्बाराज ने बताया कि उनकी मूल कहानी राजकुमार राव की फिल्म 'न्यूटन' से प्रेरित थी। उन्होंने अपनी कहानी को एक ऐसे IAS अधिकारी के बारे में बताया जो सिस्टम को बदलने की कोशिश कर रहा है, जिसमें 'न्यूटन' की तरह ही असलियत पर आधारित सेटअप और एक्शन का तत्व था, लेकिन इसमें गैंगस्टर वाले विषय भी जोड़े गए थे। सुब्बाराज ने समझाया कि राम चरण जैसे बड़े स्टार और बड़े बजट के शामिल होने से उनकी मूल सोच की तुलना में कहानी की गतिशीलता काफी बदल गई।
