The Reading Room, a historic property in Narragansett, Rhode Island, has been listed for sale at $9.75 million, marking its first appearance on the market in over 50 years. Originally built in the 1880s as a liquor-free men's social club and reading room, it is the last surviving remnant of the grand Narragansett Pier Casino. The five-bedroom house underwent a significant restoration in 2010, preserving its Victorian character and original features.
